New Delhi: The Test series between India and England continues one by one at the moment. The first two Test matches took place in Chennai, which was won by a visiting team England, after which India returned and took the second match. Now the remaining two Test matches of the Test series are scheduled to be held at the world’s largest stadium, Motera, Ahmedabad, where both teams have reached and started their preparations.
If Team India has to play the final of the World Test Championship, then it will have to win the series under any circumstances. Now Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has given his reaction regarding the ground of Motera. Hardik Pandya says that it took him about an hour to understand the size of the newly constructed stadium at Motera. The third Test between India and England is to begin on Wednesday at this stadium, it will be a day-night test.
Motera Stadium has become the world’s largest cricket stadium with a capacity of one lakh 10 thousand. All tickets are sold out. For the first time since November 2014, an international match will be played at this stadium. The BCCI has posted a video on Twitter, in which Hardik said, “It feels surreal to be out here at Motera, the world’s largest cricket stadium. Absolutely fantastic.”
