Jharkhand batsman Ishan Kishan has scored a blazing century in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. 22-year-old Ishaan has played a captaincy innings of 173 runs on 94 balls against Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. He is in the limelight with his fiery innings at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. The 22-year-old wicket-keeper batsman hit 19 fours and 11 sixes during his explosive innings.
While batting first, Jharkhand set a record 422/9 runs in 50 overs. This is the highest score by an Indian home team. In response, Madhya Pradesh team was reduced to 98 runs in 18.4 overs. Jharkhand registered a big win by 324 runs. Varun Aaron took 6 wickets.
