The Indian Premium League (IPL) 2021 is now left with two remaining. All the players are ready to take the field with their strategy and new vigor. Foreign players have also reached India for the 14th season of the IPL. Except for the ODI series against Pakistan on Monday, 5 players from South Africa have reached India for the IPL. But Delhi Capitals fast bowlers Kagiso Rabada and Enrich Nortje will not be able to join the opening match. Given the current situation, both bowlers will have to remain quarantined for 7 days. So Delhi will play their first match without these fast bowlers.
Will not be able to play first match for Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals have their first match on April 10 with MS Dhoni’s team Chennai Super Kings. This second match of IPL 2021 will be played at 7:30 pm at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. These two batsmen of South Africa are a big blow to Delhi Capital due to not playing the opening match. According to BCCI rules, any player who comes from abroad traveling abroad should be quarantined for 7 days. In view of increasing cases of coronaviruses in the country, the BCCI does not want to be negligent about the safety of players and officials.
Kagiso Rabada and Enrich Nortje important to Delhi
