New Delhi. The Yogi government of UP presented a paperless budget on Monday. In the budget speech, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna has made important announcements in the higher education sector. He said that a state university will be established in every division. An arrangement of 200 crores has been made for model government colleges in 26 districts. State Gaurav Awards will be given. Every year there will be a selection of five writers who have not received any award so far. Along with this, the government will give 2000 per month pension to poor artists.
