FWICE releases new guidelines for TV to Bollywood


Corona’s havoc is growing rapidly. Bollywood too is reeling under the new wave of Corona. So far, many big stars have been captured by Corona. In Mumbai, weekend lockdowns and night curfews are largely affecting the shooting of films and TV serials. Now, in the midst of all this, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray held a meeting with all the producers and directors of the industry and asked them to take all precautions during the shooting. Meanwhile, new steps are being taken in the industry now. In fact, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the industry’s largest institute, has issued new guidelines for shooting films, TV serials and web shows and today we are going to tell you about those guidelines.

New Guidelines

– Crowd scenes and a large number of dance songs will not be shot.

– On shooting sets, people will have to wear masks continuously in all offices related to production and post-production.

– Guidelines should be followed at sets and production-related locations. A monitoring team has been formed for this purpose.

– Penal action will be taken for violation of the guidelines.

FWICE speaking to a well-known website called B.N. Tiwari said, “Due to Corona, all kinds of steps have already been taken by the industry. But in view of the negotiations with the state government, we have taken these additional steps, which are very important given the environment of Corona.”

He also said, “As per the state government guidelines, the lockdown will be followed by the industry from 8 pm on Friday to 7 am on Monday and no shooting will be done during this period. Pre and post-production activities Will also be allowed during this period. ”
