Shimla: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has won the Mandi Municipal Corporation election in Himachal Pradesh. The BJP has won the victory in the municipal elections held in the home district of CM Jairam Thakur. BJP candidates have won 11 out of the 15 wards in the municipal mandi elections. With this, the BJP has captured the municipal corporation market as well.
BJP workers were seen celebrating after the election results were announced. Fireworks and fireworks were made. On the other hand, during the celebration of this victory, activists were seen ignoring the Corona rules. Well, BJP candidate Virendra Arya blamed CM Jairam Thakur for his victory and said that he will solve the problems of the people and try to live up to the expectations of the people.
Giving information to reporters, Sub Divisional Officer Nivedita Negi said that the sub-division has 1 to 13 wards, out of which BJP has won 10 wards and Congress has won 3 wards. On the other hand, Sub-divisional officer Ashish Sharma said that Congress has won one of the two wards of the Bal sub-division and the BJP has won one ward.
