Kolkata: Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President JP Nadda have condoled the demise of 84-year-old Shobha Majumdar. Shobha was allegedly injured last month in an attack by Trinamool supporters at Nimta Niwas in North 24 Parganas district. He has now passed away and, saddened by his demise, Amit Shah and JP Nadda have mourned the loss of bereavement. On Monday, both leaders tweeted and expressed condolences. Shobha died yesterday morning.

If you remember, Shobha and her son Gopal were attacked on 27 February in Nimta police station area of North Dum Dum. According to reports, the cause of his death has not yet been ascertained.
