Ingredients – Cucumber – three to four, chili flakes – half a teaspoon, dry mint, and olive oil – half a teaspoon, lemon juice – a teaspoon, honey – a teaspoon, peanut – two tablespoons, black and White salt – eg. Per taste.

Method of preparation – Peel the cucumber with the peeled potato peel, so that its ribbon is formed. Now let these cucumber ribbons remain in ice water for one-and-a-half hours. To make the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chili flakes, dry mint, black and white salt in a jar and mix well. Add this dressing to the ribbon. Serve the peanuts roughly on the prepared green ribbon salad.
