Raw Banana – 04 (boiled and peeled)
Green Peas – 01 Bowl
Refined flour – 1/3 cup
Roasted Cumin – 01 tsp
Green chili – 03 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder – 01 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Bread powder – as required
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste
Method :To make the banana cutlet, firstly mash the bananas, peas and maida in a large bowl. After this mix all the other spices and mix it well.
Now make small sized balls from this mixture. Then flatten them with the help of palm or fill it in the mold and mold it into desired shape. After this, wrap them well in the bread crush.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, fry these cutlets on low heat till they turn light brown. Take them out in tissue paper, so that the extra oil comes out. Now garnish them on a plate and serve them with green chutney or tomato sauce.
