Cardamom is commonly used for mouth fresher or as a spice. It comes in two types – green or small cardamom and big cardamom. Large cardamom is used as a spice to make dishes delicious, while green cardamom enhances the fragrance of sweets.
Cardamom is also used in hospitality of guests. But its importance is not limited only here. It is a mine of medicinal properties. In Sanskrit it is called Ella.
