Peel the sweet potato and then cut it into small pieces.
After this, peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
In a large bowl, transfer yogurt.
Add sweet potato, potato pieces and chopped cucumbers to the bowl and mix.
Add salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin or cumin powder, peanuts, sugar, and mix again.
Garnish with coriander leaves, some cumin powder, and enjoy! You can also prepare a tadka using mustard and ghee and mix it in a bowl of curd if you want.
