The much awaited Friends Reunion is back on stage to rock. This reunion special was delayed due to the first Corona epidemic. The Hollywood industry was shut down, shooting was halted but eventually, shooting for the much-awaited reunion would have to begin next week. According to Deadline, the HBO Max Unscripted special will begin tapping in Los Angeles next week.
The reunion is set to tape in the following week from April 5. This ‘friend’ special will bring together the six main cast members dearly. By the way, for the first time, cast members Jennifer Aniston, Kourtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwammer will return to the original Stage 24 Soundstage at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California. HBO will join all 236 episodes of Max’s upcoming ‘Friends Reunion Special’ serial, which was shown as the top show on the streaming platform. David Schwimmer aka Ross also confirmed the reunion. He recently hinted that everyone would be himself and not play his characters. The 54-year-old actor also teased a surprise segment of the special episode.
Last year, Friends Reunion Special was scheduled to launch the HBO Max streaming service in May 2020, but could not be filmed due to the outbreak of coronaviruses.
