Eyeshadow palette is an essential part of your beauty kit. It can be a four or six pan palette with a nice mix of matte and bright colors but we really can’t do without it.
From creating a smokey eye to all the glitter and glam, your eyeshadow palette can help you create a different look. However, this is not all!
You can use the same eyeshadow palette in different ways while doing your everyday makeup. From making your eyebrows to making your lips and cheeks tint, this one makeup product can be used in various ways. Read on to find out how.
Use as a highlighter
Bored of your regular highlighter and want to try a new shade? Choose one from your eyeshadow palette. You can lift some higher from the nude shed on the glitter for days of going OTT. You can also use gold or metal eyeshadows to pop out the inner corner of your eyes. Just gently pat it on the inner corner and it will instantly brighten your eyes or you can use it as a regular highlighter on the bridge of your cheekbone and your nose.
DIY Lipstick & Cheek Tint
On days when you don’t want to wear your regular lipstick, you can make it at home using any color from the eyeshadow palette. Make a few pieces of your favorite color from the palette and mix it with some petroleum jelly or moisturizer. Mix it well until it has a thick consistency. Your lipstick is ready. Rub it on your lips. You can also use it as a cheek tint. For that flushed look, gently press on top of your cheekbones.
Contour your Cheekbones with Eyeshadow Palette
If you do not want to invest in a contour palette then you can use your eyeshadow palette to contour your cheekbones. Choose shades that are one or two shades darker than your skin tone. You can also mix two colors to get the right color according to your skin tone. You can apply the contour using an eyeshadow brush on your cheekbone and then you can mix it with a fluffy brush.
Turn it into a liquid eyeliner
Like a bright shade from your eyeshadow palette but don’t want to wear it as an eyeshadow? We feel you! You can also change it to Eyeliner. Sprinkle some rose water on an eyeliner brush and choose some color from the palette. Line your eyes with it. If necessary, choose some more color and make a thick liner.
Fill in your eyebrows with eyeshadow palette
If you have an eyeshadow palette that has darker shades like brown and black, then you don’t need to invest in a new eyebrows kit. Choose colors such as dark brown or black based on the color of your natural eyebrows and fill in using an angular brush. Blend it well and do not overdo it.
The light of the eyes is light in continuity and may need to be dyed which can be done easily. However, make sure you never overdo it or you can ruin your look.
