New Delhi: There is chaos all over the country over the prices of petrol and diesel. Meanwhile, prices have risen again today. Petrol has become costlier by 39 paise in Delhi and now has reached Rs 90.58 per liter. Whereas diesel has become expensive after 37 paise to Rs 80.97. Such increase in the price of petrol and diesel has occurred for the 12th consecutive day and for the 14th time in this month.
The price of petrol has reached Rs 97 per liter in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country. In Mumbai, the price of petrol has reached Rs 97 per liter and the price of diesel has reached Rs 88.06 per liter. In other cities too, petrol and diesel prices are touching new record levels every day. In Chennai, petrol is being sold at 92.59 per liter, while diesel will cost 85.98 per liter. At the same time, petrol is being sold in Kolkata, the capital of Bengal, 97.00 per liter, while the price of diesel has been increased to 88.06 per liter.
Inflation is touching the sky, in which rising prices of petrol and diesel, or gas or other essential commodities, are constantly breaking the back of the common man. In which oil prices are rising the fastest. Now the question is, will this unbridled inflation be controlled beyond politics, or will the general public be punished?
