Allahabad High Court releases new guideline amidst increasing cases of Corona


New Delhi: The rising cases of Corona startle everyone. Now amidst all this, Allahabad High Court has issued a new guideline. Under this new guideline, only and only necessary cases will be heard online. Actually, the court has taken this decision in view of Corona’s uncontrollable conditions. According to reports, the Allahabad High Court has decided to ban the functioning of regular courts in Lucknow and Allahabad.

In fact, Chief Justice Govind Mathur has directed that ‘special benches will be constituted only for special cases and new guidelines for functioning will be issued by the Registrar General.’ Recently, the letter from the Registrar General of Allahabad High Court issued a directive by the Chief Justice, stating that in view of the recent spike in the number of Kovid-19 cases in Prayagraj and Lucknow, the Administrative Committee of the High Court Has resolved not to sit in regular courts from 5 April 2021 to 9 April 2021. During this period only special benches can be formed for urgent cases. ”

Now speaking of corona cases in UP, in the last 1 day, about 3,000 new cases of corona have been reported. 16 people have died. So far, the total number of corona infected in UP has crossed 6 lakh and Section 144 has been imposed in view of the increasing corona case in Varanasi. Now, orders have been issued to close schools in UP, Karnataka, Himachal and Delhi.
