Thane: The total number of infected people in the district has increased to 3,44,030 after 5,287 new cases of coronovirus infection were reported in Thane district of Maharashtra. The day-to-day corona cases have left everyone in a state of shock. An official said today, Tuesday, that new cases of infection came on Monday. He also said that after the death of 20 more people due to the virus, the number of deaths increased to 6,581. The death rate due to infection in Thane is 1.91 percent. The official said that so far 2,95,701 people in the district have been free from infection and the rate of recovery of patients is 85.95 percent.
In fact, 41,748 people are currently undergoing treatment in the district. Another official said that so far 52,880 cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in neighboring Palghar district and 1,237 people have died due to infection. In view of the increasing cases of corona in Maharashtra, the government is becoming increasingly strict. Now, these increasing cases have raised the concern of the state government.
All possible steps are being taken by the government to prevent Corona and constant efforts are also being made. Despite all this, coronavirus cases in the state have started to increase rapidly once again. CM Uddhav Thackeray has now written a letter to PM Modi on the growing Kovid-19 cases in the state. In the letter written by the Chief Minister, Uddhav Thackeray has said that the Prime Minister has demanded to increase the minimum age of corona vaccination to 25 years.
