Vivek Oberoi tweeted, tagging Mumbai Police, “Love brought us to kiss mode. We and our lives were found on a new bike, an invoice was cut without a helmet. Ride without a helmet? Mumbai Police will checkmate Thanks to Mumbai Police for making me realize that safety is very important. Be safe, wear a helmet and mask. ”

In fact, Vivek Oberoi shared a video of himself on Instagram account on February 14, in which he was seen riding a bike in the streets of Mumbai at night. In this video neither Vivek was wearing a mask nor a helmet. At the same time, the music of his film ‘Saathiya’ was playing in the background of this video and his wife Priyanka was seen sitting behind.

After this, the traffic police took action against Vivek Oberoi under traffic rules. An invoice of Rs 500 has been deducted for riding a bike without wearing a helmet. It is being told that the Mumbai Police has registered a case against Vivek under sections 188, 269 of the IPC, sections 129, 177 of the Motor Vehicle Act, and sections of the Epidemic Act. Vivek’s complaint was made on Twitter by social activist Dr. Beenu Varghese, following which the action has taken place.
