New Delhi: The budget session of Parliament starts today. The budget session began with the address of President Ram Nath Kovind. PM Modi’s first session of this decade starts before the budget session starts today. This decade is very important for India’s bright future and hence there is a golden opportunity in front of the country to fulfill the dreams of freedom lovers from the beginning.
PM Modi said that this was perhaps the first time in India’s history that there was none in 2020, but the Finance Minister had to present four to five mini budgets as a separate package. That is, the continuation of the mini-budget continued in 2020. So this budget will also appear in the series of those four budgets, I believe.
The session will run in two parts till 8 April. The first phase of the budget session will run from 29 January to 15 February, while the second phase will run from 8 March to 8 April. There will be a total of 12 sittings of the house during the first phase of the budget session. There will be 21 sittings of the house in the second phase. Members will be provided with a budget summary and a digital copy of the Economic Survey. This time the paper usage will be zero.
