‘Petrol costs 51 rupees in Ravana’s Lanka and 93 rupees in’ Ram’s Bharat ‘…’ Swami attacked center

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) veteran leader and Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy has targeted his own government over rising petrol prices. He has told that in India, Ram is getting petrol at a higher price than Sita’s Nepal and Ravana’s Lanka. Explain that on Monday, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced a cess of Rs 2.5 on petrol and Rs 4 on diesel in his budget speech.

BJP leader Swamy shared a photo on Tuesday. In which it is written that ‘The price of petrol of Ram’s country is Rs 93, Sita’s price is Rs 53 in Nepal and Ravana’s Lanka price is Rs 51’. There has been no revision in the prices of petrol and diesel in the last three days. Petrol and diesel prices change at six in the morning. Subsequently, the new rates come into effect from 6 am. After adding excise duty, dealer commission and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price almost doubles. Petrol and diesel prices change every day, depending on what the crude oil prices are in the international market along with foreign exchange rates.
