Kolkata : BJP legislators in the West Bengal Legislative Assembly on Thursday raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram in front of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on the floor of the House. However, this time the Chief Minister did not get angry as expected and did not react to the slogans.

During this time he ignored the slogans and continued to give his speech in favor of a bill that rejected the three agriculture bills of the central government in West Bengal.

At the same time, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee demanded immediate resignation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah and said that both should resign immediately.

We are opposing the agricultural laws of the central government, because they are against the farmers.
