After convincing her abilities, now another name has joined this list which is of Ayesha Aziz. Ayesha Aziz, a resident of Kashmir Division of Jammu and Kashmir, has got her name registered as the youngest female pilot in the country.
She has become an inspiration for many and a new example of empowerment for many Kashmiri women. 25-year-old Ayesha got a student pilot license in 2011 at the age of just 15. The following year, he received training to fly a MiG-29 jet at Sokol airbase, Russia. He then graduated in aviation from the Bombay Flying Club (BFC) and received a commercial pilot license in 2017.
Speaking to the media, Ayesha said that she believes that Kashmiri women have made a lot of progress over the years and have done exceptionally well in the field of education. He said, “I like to travel by air and meet people. For this reason, I decided to become a pilot.”
